Stage 1

Tour start on 08:00 am sharp you will be picked up from your hotel after breakfast and drive to Kivukoni fish market. Here you will see one of the big fish market in Tanzania and get to know all the details of how they do the business, life of fishermen and all about their daily life.

Stage 2

You will then walk via waterfront to Azania front church and get to see the inside of the church and get to know its history.

Stage 3

After you will drive to DARCH which is the oldest building. On the way you’ll get to see St Joseph Cathedral Church, Atiman House, Old Post Office, War Memorial Garden.

Stage 4

Then walking to National museum on the way you’ll get to see Askari monument. In national museum will spend like 30mins
Heading to Kariakoo you’ll pass by Mnazi Mmoja which has strong historical significance. You’ll be able to see Uhuru torch which was placed in 1961 to celebrate Tanzania’s independence from British.

Stage 5

Kariakoo is the biggest East African markets with all things you want there is guarantee.The market is visited with thousands if not millions people a day so you’ll meet local people especially the small entrepreneurs trying to sell different things making their living, they will try to sell you different things and always in a friendly way. They will always be nice and try to talk to you, the most words will be, “Mambo, Jambo” they all mean hello, the answer is easy “Poa” which means cool.

Stage 6

From Kariakoo Market, we will drive to Mlimani City mall. Mlimani city mall is the biggest mall in Tanzania you can also do a quick shopping for all your needs since they have all the needs you might miss in other stores. Lunch will be taken at Mlimani city where they have all international restaurants and also local food is available.

Stage 7

Here is where a lot of paintings, wood arts is being done and sold. Further, African culture clothes, masaai shoes.

Stage 8

Ending our tour with the fresh air and breeze from the Indian ocean. After here we will head back to your hotel.
