If you choose dinner, at 8.30 PM you’ll be presented with a variety of Argentine and international dishes to choose from the menu. 
You and your group will have your own table to give you a bit of intimacy in which to enjoy this three-course meal and, of course beverages: Water, soft drinks, beer and wine (except in Show Only option). 
We tell you a little about the menú: 
Starters
-Argentine style meat and ham and mozzarella empanadas 
-Cubes of grilled chicken, green leaves, bread croutons, crispy bacon, parmesan strips and caesar dressing.  
-Organic smoked pumpkin soup with confited pears cream, Italian parmesan strips, focaccia and ciboulette.   
Main courses
-Angus steak with rustic potatoes accompanied by two classic argentine sauces: chimichurry and criolla. 
-Home made baked lasagna filed with ricotta and spinach, parmesan gratin, fileto sauce and touch of cream.  
-Chicken pamplona with thin slice of crispy bacon, filled with assorted nuts, traditional mar del plata cheese, grill vegetables, polenta and pumpkin souffle in soft leeks sauce.  
-Peruvian quinoa tabule on corn basket, grill vegetables, crispy lentils, pickles of purple onion and fennel sauce (vegan option)
-Seasonal fish with grill vegetables, bouchon potatoes and sesame perfume.  
Desserts
-Mascarpone parfait accompanied by dulce de leche sauce, crispy chocolate and nuts.  
-White chocolate panna cotta with passion fruit heart and red Patagonic fruits. 
-Chocolate mousse in marquise and orange pudding base with ice cream.
