Our first stop is in the 4th generation olive oil factory where you will learn all the process of olive oil making and will have an olive oil tasting.

Next stop is at Krasi village to admire one of the oldest Plane tree in the world,2400 years old.

As we venture further into the plateau, we'll arrive at the village of Agios Georgios, home to the impressive Windmills of Lasithi. These iconic windmills offer a glimpse into the past, showcasing the ingenuity of the locals in harnessing the power of the wind for their agricultural needs.

It's time to relax and enjoy Greek coffee and raki in traditional Kafeneio combined with homemade cookies. Here we'll talk with locals to learn about their daily life, their stories and tradition of the region.

Her you'll have the opportunity to taste different dishes cooked in wood oven with fresh ingredients of the area such as, stuffed zucchini flowers, Greek salad, lamb, saganaki, moussakas, stuffed vegetables and more.
