The Ugong Rock is managed by the residents of Brgy Tagabenit, primarily composed of Batak Tribe and Tagbanua indigenous peoples all these are part of the Community-based Sustainable Tourism that the government promotes. The project aims to boost the tourism industry at the same time helping the community by giving a means of livelihood to its local residents and promoting campaign in protecting the environment.

- Pick up from hotel is free if hotel is located within the city center. If hotel is out of town an extra pick up charge applies. Please inform if you are coming from the cruise ship. You may inform us the time of the ships arrival and departure time to be back at the ship. You may also contact us to request for private tour however there is a price difference you will add if you want to upgrate from shared tour to private for your group tour. •No need to show voucher / No need to show tickets. You will show any ID and sign the attendance sheet to be given by the tourguide Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
- Pls inform us the name of your hotel for free pick up if located within the city center. For pick up for hotel outside the city proper but extra charge applies depending on location of the hotel. For hotel in san rafael area, sabang area, binduyan, elnido and all other hotels outside the city center there is additional pick up and drop off charge to be collected on the day of the tour. Please inform us the name of your hotel and location. (Seat in coach - Shared tour not private.) If you are arriving from cruise ship please inform us so we will book you together with other cruise ship passengers. For guests staying out of town or outside the main city we will pick up but extra fee will apply. For guests within the city center of puerto princesa pick up and drop off is free. If you are interested for a private tour for your group only pls inform us but a different rate will apply for private tour. You can email the tour operator the name and address of your hotel for pick up request. Our office is located at D lucky garden inn where the van departs before 7am.
