Next, we will enjoy a cyclo (pedicab) ride through the 36 meandering streets of Ha Noi’s historic Old Quarter, immersing ourselves in the bustling local life.

Ha Noi boasts a history spanning over one thousand years, with unique cultural characteristics that set it apart from other regions of Vietnam. The lifestyle, cuisine, and fashion of Hanoians reflect these distinctive features. Discovering Ha Noi in the morning, as life begins anew, offers a glimpse into the city’s vibrant atmosphere. Hanoians are known for their friendliness and hospitality, ensuring this journey becomes a remarkable highlight of your trip to Vietnam.

Day 5 : Hoi An City Tour in the morning (B/-/-)

Exploring Hoi An Ancient Town on foot is one of the best ways to immerse yourself in the city’s charm. This small yet beautiful town offers tranquility and peace, combining elements of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese cultures. Visitors are captivated by the unique atmosphere, particularly from the Ancient Houses, where they can glimpse a long-gone past and experience a more subdued, simpler time.

The tour includes visits to the bustling Hoi An Market, the informative Hoi An Museum, and many of the town’s renowned Ancient Houses, each showcasing remarkable architectural styles. You will also explore Assembly Halls influenced by Chinese culture and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, a must-see landmark. These sites highlight Hoi An's diverse architectural styles, reflecting the cross-cultural influences of France, Japan, China, and Vietnam.

Despite centuries of change and the challenges posed by weather, Hoi An continues to preserve its ancient beauty and charm. As you stroll through the ancient city, you will witness the simple, rustic daily life of its residents, with trellises of windflowers adorning the houses. This tour promises to provide you with unforgettable moments and insights into Hoi An's rich heritage. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6 : Hoi An Foodie tour - My Son Sanctuary (B/L/-)

In the morning, embark on an unforgettable bicycle ride through the picturesque countryside of Hoi An, where the lush vegetable fields of Tra Que Village offer a glimpse into the region's agricultural traditions. Join a local family in crafting the delicate “white rose” dumplings, a Hoi An specialty, and learn the art of preparing Cao Lau, the region’s renowned noodle dish. Alongside these, savor unique local treats like Banh Dap (a crunchy rice cracker) and Che Bap (a sweet corn dessert), offering a true taste of Hoi An’s rich culinary culture.

In the afternoon, take a scenic journey to the ancient My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where the Champa Kingdom flourished from the 4th to the 13th centuries. While enjoying the melodies, we will sip tea sweetened with bee honey and savor seasonal fresh fruits, experiencing the local flavors.

Next, we will take a paddle boat to navigate through the narrow canals of the Mekong. An interesting aspect of transportation in this region is that most locals travel by boat due to the extensive network of interlaced canals. This well-developed system of water transportation allows us to discover many unique sights, including picturesque banks lined with coconut trees.

During the paddle boat ride, we will get an intriguing look at the local cottage industry, particularly the process of making coconut candy. Afterward, we will enjoy a delicious lunch featuring ‘Elephant-Ear Fish’ along with other traditional Vietnamese dishes, highlighting the region’s culinary specialties. To conclude our trip, we will visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, a national historical and cultural relic known for its distinctive architectural and spiritual significance - a place not to be missed. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 10 : Cu Chi Tunnels - Ho Chi Minh City Tour (B/L/-)

Start the day with a visit to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which stretch over 250 kilometers. Cu Chi is one of the most notable and historical landmarks of the Vietnam War. The tunnel system was created in 1948 to assist the Viet Minh in their fight for independence from the French, and it later became legendary during the 1960s for its vital role in the Vietnam War. It allowed the Viet Cong (communist guerrillas) to control large rural areas just 65 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City.

The tunnel network includes hospitals, living quarters, kitchens, storage areas, and workrooms, all located underground. Excavated in an area with clay mixed with laterite, the tunnels are highly durable and stable, with air circulation provided through strategically placed ventilation holes.

In the afternoon, we will visit some of Ho Chi Minh City's major attractions: the War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Old Post Office. These iconic buildings are symbols of the city, admired for both their architecture and historical significance. We will also visit Thien Hau Pagoda, a Chinese-style temple located on Nguyen Trai Street in Cho Lon (Chinatown). Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 11 : Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (B/-/-)

Have breakfast at the hotel and relax until the time of transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your departure flight.
