Day 1 Pickup from the Colombo BIA airport

 You will be met and greeted by our airport representative at the arrival lobby & he is holding your name board, then he will assist you up to the driver’s meeting point. Our airport representatives are on duty 24/7.

Day 1 Negombo Beach - 1st Night

Negombo is a city on the west coast of Sri Lanka, north of the capital, Colombo. Near the waterfront, the remains of the 17th-century Dutch Fort now house a prison. Negombo Lagoon, lined with fishermen’s huts, feeds into the Dutch-era Hamilton Canal. The canal leads south to Colombo. Neoclassical St. Mary’s Church, completed in the 1920s, features a ceiling decorated with vivid religious paintings.

Enjoy yourself in the vibrant local culture at the bustling fish market, one of the busiest in Negombo.

Day 2 Dambulla

leave for Sigiriya (approx.3.5 hours), spend the rest of the day at leisure. overnights at Sigiriya, on the way, climb the Dambulla Rock temple, which was built by King Walagambahu during the 1st Century B.C. Dambulla is a UNESCO World Heritage site. There are more than 80 documented caves in the area and the paintings are done on the ceiling. There are a total of 153 Buddha statues, 3 statues of Sri Lankan kings, and 4 statues of gods and goddesses.

Day 2 Sigiriya - (3Nights)

 The ruins of the capital built by the parricidal King Kassapa I (477–95) lie on the steep slopes and at the summit of a granite peak standing some 180m high (the 'Lion's Rock', which dominates the jungle from all sides). A series of galleries and staircases emerging from the mouth of a gigantic lion constructed of bricks and plaster provide access to the site. 

Climb Sigiriya rock fortress. Sigiriya is treated as one of the most remarkable creations in the world. A path through the gardens along stone stairways comes to the Lion Gate. Only the rock carving and the brick structure are evident today of the lion’s mouth through which millions of people have walked to admire the beauty of this magnificent citadel.

Day 3 Day excursions to Anuradhapura-Mihintale

You will be visiting Anuradhapura, the city was founded in the 5th century BC, archaeological data puts that date back as far as the 10th century BC. However, it was King Pandukabhaya who planned the layout of the city and made it his capital in the 4th century BC. He constructed many reservoirs and shrines. The city reached its highest magnificence by the beginning of the Christian era. The city boasted some of the most complex irrigation systems in the ancient world. Anuradhapura city has three main ruins classes of buildings, they are. Dagobas (bell-shaped masses of masonry), Monastic Buildings, Pokunas ( bathing tanks/ tanks that supply water for drinking), whatever it is, they're major tourist attraction places, they are, Sri Maha Bodhi, Ruwalwelisaya, Thuparamaya, Lovamahapaya, Jethavanaramaya, Abhayagiri Dageba, Mirisawati Stupa, Lankaramaya. Mihintale is the Birthplace of Buddhism in Sri Lanka according to legend, it was at Mihintale.

Day 2 Day trip to Polonnaruwa

You will be able to see the ruins of Royal Palace king Parakramabahu, Audience Hall, the statue of King Parakramabahu, Watadage, the Galpotha, Parakrama Samudraya (Sea of Parakrama) which was built by King Parakramabahu I, covers an area of 5940 acres and the elegant Lotus pond was built in 12th century. The Gal Vihar, also known as Gal Viharaya, is a rock temple of the Buddha situated in the ancient city of Polonnaruwa in north-central Sri Lanka. It was constructed in the 12th century by Parakramabahu 0I. The central feature of the shrine is four images of the Buddha, which have been carved into the face of a large granite rock. The images consist of a large seated figure, another, smaller seated figure inside an artificial cavern, a standing figure and a reclining figure. These are considered to be some of the best examples of ancient Sinhalese sculpting and carving arts, and have made the Gal Vihara one of the most visited monuments in Polonnaruwa.

Day 5 Spice gardens / Leave for Kandy

Leave for Kandy, on the way to spice gardens, Enjoy Sri Lanka’s world-renowned spices at their source. Visit a spice garden, where smells of cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, and mace overwhelm the senses and the visitors are provided an insight into an age-old industry of spice production, which attracted many European and Asian merchants to the ports of ancient Sri Lanka.

Day 5 Kandy ( 5th & 6th Nights)

 Evening, visit the Kandy temple of the tooth relic of lord buddha. This sacred Buddhist site, popularly known as the city of Senkadagalapura, was the last capital of the Sinhala kings whose patronage enabled the Sinhala culture to flourish for more than 2,500 years until the occupation of Sri Lanka by the British in 1815. It is also the site of the Temple of the Tooth Relic (the sacred tooth of the Buddha), which is a famous pilgrimage site. shopping, a botanical garden, and an overnight stay at Kandy.

Day 6 The city tour of Kandy

The city tour of Kandy and go souvenir shopping. Then visit the Royal Botanical Garden, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a Buddhist temple in the city of Kandy, Sri Lanka. It is located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy, which houses the relic of the tooth of Buddha.

Day 7 Leave for Nuwara Eliya, (7th Night)

Travel through scenic mountains to the tea-producing town of Nuwara Eliya, stopping at a traditional tea plantation in the central highlands to gain insight into the process of growing tea and its effect on the Ceylon region.

Day 8 Ella

After breakfast, depart from Nuwara Eliya, an optional scenic train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella, pick up from Ella railway station leave for Udawalawe national park or Yala national on the way to Rawanafalls & Evening safari by jeep. Overnight sleep at Tissa.

Day 8 Yala National Park (8th Night)

 Yala National Park Safari: Drive to Yala National Park for a thrilling wildlife safari, famous for its leopards, elephants, and diverse birdlife.

Early morning safari by jeep at Yala National Park, one of Sri Lanka’s premier eco-tourism destinations, lies 24km northeast of Tissamaharama and 290km from Colombo on the southeast coast of Sri Lanka, spanning a vast 97,878 hectares.

Day 9 Mirissa /Galle /Hikkaduwa/Colombo(9th Night)

Leave for Colombo. En route, Galle, the Dutch Fort, the Portuguese built the first fort to withstand attack from the Sri Lankan kingdoms to the north. The Dutch entrance to the fort, with its VOC with 1669 carved in the inner archway, is still in use. Dutch Museum: For a peep into life in the days of the Dutch East India Company, look into this small museum at 31 Leynbaan Street.

Ambalangoda is a city along the south coast road that is the home of devil dancing and mask making. Visit the mask museum & factory. Also visits Moonstone mine. Moonstones are beautiful stones that are white and give a blue shimmer when watched from an angle.

Day 10 Colombo City

Colombo is the commercial and business center of Sri Lanka located on the west coast. The city blends with old colonial-type buildings, high-rise commercial buildings, and hotels. It is filled with shopping malls, the Pettah bazaar – where one can shop for bargains. Finally, transfer to the airport,
