Exclusions

  • Flight tickets to/from Iquitos. Recommended flights: Lima - Iquitos (Latam Airlines 2065 Dep:05:53, Arr: 07:30), Iquitos - Lima (Latam Airlines 2235 Dep:16:00, Arr: 17:40)
  • Cost of medical emergencies (including evacuation). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. 
  • Gratuities, amount suggested per guests: 3 Night Program: US$ 150.00.
  • Any additional transportation services. 
  • Any additional bar consumptions, Spa and Laundry services.
  • Travel Insurance or any loss or extra cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, accidents, etc.

  • Weather: There are two seasons during the year: low water season (from July to December) and high water season (from January to June). Daily activities may vary depending on the season and are detailed in the day-by-day itinerary.
  • Recommended domestic flights (not included): Lima - Iquitos (Latam Airlines 2065 Dep:05:53, Arr: 07:30), Iquitos - Lima (Latam Airlines 2235 Dep:16:00, Arr: 17:40)
  • Itinerary Changes: Activities and timing may change due to river or weather conditions or flight changes.
  • Health Requirements: Guests should be in good physical health; excursions involve walking on uneven terrain and boarding skiffs.
  • Vessel Substitution: If needed due to technical or safety issues, another similar vessel may be used.
  • Insurance: Trip is non-refundable; travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  • Dietary Needs: Must be communicated at least 30 days before departure.
  • Traveler Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected; disruptive passengers may be asked to disembark.
  • No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed onboard. A $500 fine applies.
