Itinerary

Step 1

Our professional tour guide will meet you in the hotel lobby in Cairo or Giza to start our exciting journey. You will be greeted with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the day’s itinerary. We will start the day by heading to the famous Giza Plateau, home to the famous Giza Pyramids. Prepare to be inspired by the immensity and majesty of these ancient structures, which include the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure. Our knowledgeable guide will share fascinating historical facts, theories, and legends associated with these architectural marvels

Step 2

Will visit the Great pyramid of kin Khufu so you witness its greatness and enormous size. Khufu's pyramid complex consists of a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman; diabase paving and limestone walls have been found but the site has not been excavated.

Step 3

Menkaure's pyramid complex consists of a valley temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king's pyramid. The valley temple once contained several statues of Menkaure. During the 5th Dynasty, a smaller ante-temple was added on to the valley temple.

Step 4

Next, we will visit the legendary Great Sphinx, a mythical creature with a human head and a lion’s body. When you stand in front of this mysterious statue, you will have the opportunity to take unforgettable photos and learn about its importance in ancient Egyptian culture and religion.

Step 5

Our journey continues to the Valley Temple of King Khafre, located near the iconic Sphinx. This well-preserved ancient structure served as part of the royal mortuary complex and played a key role in the mummification and purification rituals of the Pharaoh. As you explore the temple’s massive limestone blocks and perfectly aligned pillars, our expert guide will explain its religious significance, unique architectural style, and the mysteries surrounding its original purpose. Step back in time and imagine the grandeur of ancient ceremonies that once took place within these sacred walls.

Step 6

Our guide will lead you through the museum’s impressive exhibits, providing valuable insights into Egypt’s rich past and its importance in shaping world civilizations. During our visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum, we will focus on the must-see attractions, including the exhibitions of Tutankhamun, the Hall of Royal Mummies, and the Gallery of the Ancient Egyptian Pharaohs. You’ll also have some free time to explore the museum at your own pace, browse the gift shops, or relax in the museum’s beautiful surroundings.
