Starting at the meeting point, our first visit will be the Isabel II Bridge, known as the Triana Bridge, one of the most photographed and visited places in the city. The bridge joins the two "Seville" where the Triana neighborhood still maintains the essence of the traditional neighborhood.
The most famous street, Betis Street is a place where, despite being a monumental and cosmpolite city, Seville maintains the seafaring past on this street, being a place where flamenco and the culture of the "tapa" are born. Our tour will take us to visit one of the most traditional taverns in the neighborhood, Santa Ana bar.
We will make the first stop in this traditional tavern to taste some of the traditional dishes of the neighborhood.
We continue the tour to visit the picturesque traditional market, where food stands maintain the essence with ceramic decorations of Muslim tradition.
Tavern par excellence of the Triana neighborhood, founded in the 19th century, maintains its essence despite the years. It is not uncommon that sometimes we can enjoy clients as actors, writers or journalists who visit the tavern to enjoy the atmosphere.
A very authentic place.
Before the end of the tour, we will visit what was the old alley of the Inquisition. In Triana the headquarters of the Inquision was located and we can discover some of its remains.
Finishing the tour, as a climax, we will taste one of the star dishes of the Golondrinas tavern, such as the Sirloin with Whiskey or the Beans with Chickpeas.
