Itinerary

Pickup from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport

Day 1
  • Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to the luxurious Nairobi Serena Hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to rest after your flight.

Day 2

Day 2: Nairobi City Tour

  • After breakfast, embark on a city excursion starting with the Giraffe Centre, where you can hand-feed endangered Rothschild’s giraffes. Next, visit the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, home to rescued baby elephants. After lunch, tour the Karen Blixen Museum, the former home of the famous author of Out of Africa. Return to your hotel in the evening.

Day 3
  • After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to Amboseli National Park. On arrival, check in at Ol Tukai Lodge and enjoy lunch. Later, set out for an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is famed for its large elephant herds and the majestic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 4

Day 4: Full Day Amboseli National Park

  • Enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives in Amboseli. The park’s open plains provide excellent opportunities to view predators, grazers, and rich birdlife. Between game drives, relax at Ol Tukai Lodge with views of Kilimanjaro towering in the background.

Day 5
  • After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your flight to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at Mara Maisha Camp. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in this legendary reserve.

Day 6

Day 6: Full Day Maasai Mara National Reserve

  • Spend the day exploring the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. The reserve is home to the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes, and seasonal wildebeest migrations. Return to camp in the evening for dinner under the stars.

Day 7
  • After breakfast, depart by road to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its rhino sanctuary and diverse birdlife. Arrive in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive to spot both black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and a variety of bird species.

Day 8
  • After breakfast, drive to Lake Bogoria National Reserve, renowned for its hot springs and as the new home of millions of pink flamingos. Arrive at Lake Bogoria Spa Resort in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided visit around the lake and hot springs.

Day 9

Day 9: Full Day Lake Bogoria National Reserve

  • Spend the day exploring Lake Bogoria. Enjoy birdwatching with spectacular views of flamingos covering the lake, along with other wildlife such as greater kudu, gazelles, and warthogs. Relax at the resort’s natural hot spring spa between excursions.

Day 10
  • After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi. Arrive in the capital in time for a farewell lunch before being transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.
