Itinerary

Tiananmen Square

Meet your guide in your Beijing hotel lobby at 7:30 am to start the tour from Tiananmen Square, the largest city center square in the world which witnessed hundreds of years Chinese history. You will see some of the iconic buildings in Beijing and China, such as the Chairman Mao's Mausoleum, Monument to the People's Heroes, Great Hall of the People and more. Your private guide would offer detail stories behind them.

Forbidden City

Then continue to explore the Forbidden City, the place where the Ming and Qing Emperor lived for more than 500 years. It used to be off-limits to commoners for centuries and eventually opened to the public as a museum in 1925.

Great Wall at Mutianyu

After lunch in a local restaurant with view overlooking the entire Wall, you’ll get on a chairlift to enjoy scenic views of China’s distinctive natural landscapes and then spend about 1-2.5 hours hiking on the Wall, learning about the history of the monument. Then, ride a toboggan down.
