Your culinary adventure begins at 13:00, when your friendly tour guide warmly welcomes you and picks you up from your hotel. Get ready to dive into the vibrant flavors of Hanoi, where every dish tells a story.S
top 1: Bún Chả Hà Nội
We start with one of Hanoi’s most iconic dishes – bún chả. Imagine perfectly grilled pork, smoky and caramelized over charcoal, served alongside delicate rice noodles, fresh herbs, and a tangy-sweet dipping sauce. Each bite is a harmony of savory, sweet, and fresh flavors that instantly awakens your appetite.Stop 2: Phở Cuốn & Bánh Gối
Next, we head to enjoy phở cuốn – silky rice noodle rolls wrapped around stir-fried beef and crisp greens, light yet incredibly satisfying. Alongside it, bánh gối offers a delightful contrast: golden, crispy on the outside, with a flavorful filling of minced meat, mushrooms, and glass noodles inside. Crunchy, juicy, and irresistibly comforting.Stop 3: Phở Gà Trộn
Our journey continues with phở gà trộn, a refreshing twist on traditional pho. Tender shredded chicken is tossed with soft rice noodles, fragrant herbs, and a savory dressing that ties everything together beautifully. It’s light, aromatic, and full of depth – a perfect balance of textures and flavors.Stop 4: Bánh Mì
No Hanoi food tour is complete without bánh mì. Bite into a crispy baguette filled with savory meats, pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, and rich pâté. The crunch of the bread combined with the juicy, flavorful filling creates an explosion of taste in every mouthful.Stop 5: Kem Xôi (Sticky Rice Ice Cream)
Time for dessert! Kem xôi is a delightful surprise – creamy, cool ice cream paired with warm, slightly chewy sticky rice and topped with crunchy coconut flakes. The contrast between hot and cold, soft and crisp, makes it truly unforgettable.Stop 6: Egg Coffee (Cà Phê Trứng)
We end the tour with a Hanoi specialty – egg coffee. Rich, bold Vietnamese coffee topped with a velvety, sweet egg foam that tastes like liquid tiramisu.
