5:00 am - Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or preferred location in Ahmedabad and drive you to Nal Sarovar Bird Sanctuary, which is located about 64 km away. The sanctuary is a popular destination for bird watching, especially during the winter months when migratory birds flock to the area.
6:30 am - After reaching Nal Sarovar, you will take a boat ride to explore the bird sanctuary and spot various bird species such as pelicans, flamingos, cranes, herons and more. The boat ride usually lasts for around 1-2 hours, depending on the weather conditions and bird sightings.
9:00 am - After the boat ride, you will return to the entrance of Nal Sarovar Bird Sanctuary, where your guide will drive you to Lothal, an ancient Indus Valley Civilization site located about 75 km away.
11:00 am - You will reach Lothal and begin exploring the archaeological ruins of the city, which was an important center for trade and commerce during the Bronze Age. Your guide will provide you with insights into the culture, architecture, and history of the Indus Valley Civilization.
1:00 pm - Lunch break.
2:00 pm - After lunch, you will continue your exploration of Lothal, visiting the dockyard, the warehouse, the marketplace, and the famous Indus Valley Civilization era well, amongst other ruins.
4:00 pm - You will begin your journey back to Ahmedabad, with an expected arrival time of around 6:00 pm depending on the traffic.
