Itinerary

Day 1

  • Arrive Delhi

  • On arrival at Delhi airport meet with our office executive assistance and transfer to hotel check in. (hotel check in / out time 1200hr afternoon early check in subject to rooms availability)
    Later city tour of Delhi, visit Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Cycle Rickshaw ride in Chandni chowk & Khari Baoli Spice Market. Thereafter visit Humayun Tomb, Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple & drive thru President House, Parliament & India Gate. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2

  • Delhi - Shimla (364km/ 9hrs approx)

  • Breakfast at hotel drive to Shimla initially normal followed by the curvy mountain road. We provide necessary stoppage for lunch and tea on route. Arrive Shimla check in at hotel and rest time free and easy to relax. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3

  • Shimla

  • Breakfast at hotel. Half day city tour of Shimla visit major attraction like Jakho Temple, Annadale, Taradevi Temple and later the Mall road. Evening visit the lively streets of mall road known for its rugs, woolens and handicrafts. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4

  • Shimla - Manali (257kms/ 7hrs approx)

  • Breakfast at hotel drive to Manali. Enroute visit Roerich Art Gallery at Naggar. On arrival at Manali guest are assisted with the check in formalities on priority basis. The day is open ended day left at guest’s disposal to relax and unwind amidst the pleasant mountain atmosphere.

Day 5

  • Manali - Excursion to Rohtang Pass and Bhrigu Lake

  • Breakfast at hotel. Excursionto visit Rohtang Pass situated 13,000 ft above sea level it served a prominent ancient trading route of silk yarn, indigo and pashmina. Then After visit Bhrigu Lake. Return to Manali and spent time in the local market .

Day 6

  • Manali & Solang Valley

  • Breakfast at hotel. Visit Solang Valley thereafter city tour of Manali. Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashistha Springs and Mall Road. Rest time free and easy to relax.

Day 7

  • Manali - Dharamshala (230Kms/ 6hrs approx)

  • Breakfast at hotel drive to Dharamshala the hill town bestowed by the natural serene beauty and the holistic presence of Buddhist culture. Arrive and check in at hotel Rest time free and easy to relax.

Day 8

  • Dharamshala and Mcleodganj

  • Breakfast at hotel, full day tour of Mcleodganj and Dharamshala covering Tsuglagkhang Complex Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsunag Temple & Waterfall, Tibetian Institute of performing Arts, Tsechokling Gompa, St. John in the Wilderness and Dal Lake. Rest time free and easy to relax.

Day 9

  • Dharamshala - Amritsar (210kms/ 5hrs approx)

  • Breakfast at hotel, drive to Amritsar check in at hotel. Later in afternoon visit Bagha border to attend Beating Retreat Ceremony.

Day 10

  • Amritsar - Delhi (Train No. 12032, AMRITSAR SHTBDI, 1650/ 2315hrs)

  • Breakfast at hotel visit Golden Temple famous for its full golden dome. Thereafter visit Durgiana Temple, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum & Gobindgarh Fort. Also Rickshaw ride and walking tour of old market. Later transfer to railway station to board satabdi train for Delhi.

    On arrival at Delhi railway station assistance and transfer to hotel.

Day 11

  • Delhi - Departure

  • Breakfast at hotel. As per flight schedule transfer to airport to board flight for onward destination.
