Day 1 The mosque

    Istanbul to Ephesus

    We pick you from your hotel in Istanbul and transfer to the airport. Istanbul or Sabiha Gökçen Airport according to the flight availability on tour date. This tour does not include assistant services at airports. Driver will drop you off at the airport terminal entrance door. You are expected to go to the gate of the flight after handing over your luggage.
    Domestic flights are economy class with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines according to availability. Baggage allowance is 8 kg cabin and 15 kg check-in baggage. (in total 23 kg)

    Upon your arrival to Izmir Airport your guide and driver will meet you and you will start your tour.

    After breakfas we will drive to Pamukkale. It will take around 3 hours drive with short breaks.

The hot springs have been used as a spa since at least the 2nd century BC, with many patrons retiring or dying there as evidenced by the large necropolis filled with tombs, most famously that of Marcus Aurelius Ammianos, which bears a relief depicting the earliest known example of a crank and rod mechanism, and the Tomb of Philip the Apostle. It was added as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988.
