- For the English, French, and Japanese tours, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event. For the German, Spanish, and Italian tours, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event.
- For the English tour, please reserve the 10:15am or the 2pm start time.
- For the French or Japanese tour, please reserve the 2pm start time.
- For the German, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian tour, please reserve the 2:30pm start time.
- This tour requires a minimum of 2 people total to take place. If there are not enough participants on the date of your booking, you will be contacted with alternate dates; if none of the alternatives suit you, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.
