Itinerary
Départ de Marrakech (pickup)
Pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech if it is accessible by vehicle. If your riad is inside the medina or in a restricted-access area, we will confirm a nearby meeting point after booking. Departure around 9:00 AM.
Scenic Drive & Photo Stops
Enjoy a scenic drive toward the Atlas foothills with short photo stops along the way (depending on weather and road conditions) to admire the landscapes and rural life.
Arrival at the Local Women’s Association
After the photo stops, you will arrive directly at a local Women’s Association in a Berber village, where you will be warmly welcomed.
Couscous Preparation Demo + Hands-On Workshop
Take part in the couscous preparation step by step: working the semolina, cutting fresh vegetables, learning traditional techniques, cooking, and final assembly. Vegetarian option available, or with meat (chicken/beef) on request.
Lunch: The Couscous You Prepared
Enjoy a traditional couscous lunch made during the workshop — the same couscous you prepared together with the women of the association.
Drive Back to Marrakech
After the experience, relax on the return drive to Marrakech in the afternoon. Drop-off time may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.
