Itinerary
Step 1
A representative will transfer you to Istanbul Ataturk Airport. After a short flight to Izmir (50min), you will be picked up by your guide at the Izmir airport. After you have been welcomed you will drive to the Ephesus to visit historical sites. Your first stop is the House of the Virgin Mary stop the Solmissos Mountains, where it is believed Mary spent her last living days. Should you wish, guests are allowed to pray and light candles.
Then head to Ephesus
enjoying a downhill walk into the ruins of the once glorious Roman city. Explore sites of huge historical significance, including the Bouleuterion, Temple of Domitian, Hercules Gate, Temple of Hadrian, Library of Celsus, and the Great Theater.
After breaking for lunch
drive to the site of the Temple of Artemis – one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World before flying back to Istanbul.
Step 4
Then visit a unique mosque which was built with waste material of Artemisian Temple
