- Pickup from airport : If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- For customers joining the tour with luggages, please inform us in advance to ensure the vehicle is able to accommodate the bags. A surcharge may apply for an upgraded vehicle to accommodate the bags
- Pickup from cruise port: Customer must provide us the cruise name information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival.
- If the pickup from airport please advise the terminal to be pickup or provide your flight number
- During the F1 Grand Prix, parts of Marina Bay and City Hall may be closed. Routes may change and alternatives will be provided.
- Licensed tour guide available upon request at SGD 60/hour for English or Chinese, and SGD 100/hour for Tamil, Italian, Spanish, or French (please inform us at least 48 hours in advance)
- You must contact us to confirm your reservation. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher via Whatsapp [ ]. Please be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
- We pickup all customers.
- 1. We can pickup the customer from all hotel in Singapore.
- 2. Pickup/Dropoff location Jurong, Woodland and Malaysian border will be extra charge 20 SGD per vehicle payable to driver
- 3. Child seat can be rent at cost 20 SGD
- 4. For customers joining the tour with luggages, please inform us in advance to
- ensure the vehicle is able to accommodate the bags. A surcharge may apply for an upgraded vehicle to accommodate the bags.
- 5. If pick up from cruise. Please provide the cruise name in advance to verify and update accordingly on the day of arrival.
