6 AM: Pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter, depart for Sapa by comfortable sleeper bus.

12:30–13:00: Arrive in Sapa, meet your local guide, and enjoy lunch.

14:00: Transfer to Fansipan Cable Car Station.
14:30: Ride the Fansipan Legend Cable Car (6.3 km), with breathtaking views over Muong Hoa Valley and the Hoang Lien Son range.

15:00: At the mountain station:
• Climb 600 steps or take the mountain train (optional, ticket not included) to the Fansipan Summit (3,143m) – “Roof of Indochina”.
• Explore the spiritual complex: Amitabha Buddha Statue, Great Bell Tower, Bao An Temple.
