Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu
  • Welcome at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a relaxed briefing about the trek and cultural etiquette.

Day 2 Drive to Dharapani (1,860m) – Approx. 10 hrs
  • Scenic drive through terraced hills and riverside villages. Settle into a local homestay in Dharapani.

Day 3 Trek to Chame (2,710m)
  • Follow the Marsyangdi River, with views of Lamjung Himal. Stay with a warm family in Chame village, the gateway to Manang.

Day 4 Trek to Upper Pisang (3,300m)
  • Climb gradually through pine forests and traditional villages. Stay in a stone-built home with sweeping views of Annapurna II.

Day 5 Ngawal (3,660m) via Ghyaru
  • Take the high route through Ghyaru—a culturally preserved village with panoramic Himalayan views. Sleep in Ngawal and learn to cook local buckwheat bread.

Day 6 Trek to Khangsar (3,734m)
  • Head off the main circuit toward Tilicho Valley. Explore this peaceful village with Buddhist prayer walls and yak pastures.

Day 7 Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150m)
  • Pass through alpine terrain and landslide-prone trails (safely guided). Early dinner and rest before the big day.

Day 8 Visit Tilicho Lake (4,919m), Return to Khangsar
  • Early start to reach the icy blue Tilicho Lake—surreal, remote, and surrounded by glaciers. Return to Khangsar for a warm meal and restful night.

Day 9 Trek to Yak Kharka (4,050m)
  • Reconnect with the classic Annapurna Circuit, passing alpine meadows and yak herder camps.

Day 10 Trek to Thorong Phedi (4,450m)
  • Short trek to the base of the Thorong La Pass. Rest and prepare for the next day’s ascent.

Day 11 Cross Thorong La Pass (5,416m), Trek to Muktinath (3,800m)
  • Start before sunrise to cross the highest point of the trek. Reach Muktinath—a sacred site for Hindus and Buddhists—with incredible desert-mountain backdrops.

Day 12 Trek to Marpha (2,670m) via Jomsom
  • Descend through Kali Gandaki Valley. Explore the charming village of Marpha, known for its whitewashed houses and apple brandy.

Day 13 Drive to Tatopani (1,200m) over night at Tatopani
  •  Drive to Tatopani and relax in natural hot springs.

Day 14 Full Day in Pokhara
  • Pokhara sightseeingrest and relax. Stroll around Phewa Lake, visit local cafés, or opt for activities like paragliding or spa treatments.

Day 15 Drive or Fly to Kathmandu
  • Return to Kathmandu by road or 25-minute flight. Evening farewell dinner with a local family.
