- The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai - Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha / Marina / Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area.
- The time you are selecting will be your Dubai Frame visit. Hotel pick up will be 01 hour prior to selected visit time.
- If transfer option is selected , please mention your hotel details in the "Special Requirements" column
- A valid Photo ID is required on the day of travel.
- You will receive an instant confirmation email after booking, but it cannot be used to redeem at Dubai Frame, Dubai.
- Please reconfirm your exact pick-up time to avoid any inconvenience.

- For guests staying in any Private Residence or Villa in Dubai, the pick-up can be arranged(Location link mandatory).
- Pick-up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams, or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in the City limit) are available only at the additional cost upon request based on your location.
