Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You will be picked from your Nairobi Hotel or airport and transferred to the Wilson Airport. Flight to Amboseli. upon arrival you will be met by driver guide at the airstrip and transferred to the Lodge. You have a morning game drive before driving to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, you have an early afternoon at own leisure, taking an afternoon game drive, from 1600 hrs till dusk.
Amboseli sits on the lower slopes of mighty Mount Kilimanjaro – Africa’s highest – whose peak lies across the border in Tanzania. It is quite an experience to see Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in an early morning. The animal pictures arising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain will thrill the photography enthusiast. Amboseli National Park is renowned for its huge elephant herds. You will also see buffalo, black rhino, zebra, wildebeest and other plain animals.

Start your day with breathtaking sights of Mt Kilimanjaro, if weather allows. After munching on a hearty breakfast, you’ll embark on an adventurous game drive throughout the park with packed lunch. You’ll be thrilled to spot large herds of elephants in their natural habitat! The highlight of the tour will be the bird’s eye view from the observation point where you can take in the stunning landscape swarming with wildlife. Finish off your day with an optional trip to a Maasai village and return back to the lodge by evening!
