Stop by at a tiny Buddhist temple called candi Pawon

Visit the oldest Buddhist temple in the area, enter the chamber with the three Bodhisatva 3 meters high statues.

Babadan village is the last village on the slope of Merapi volcano, where the volcano viewing post stands since 60's to watch and observe the volcanic activities.
