In this level of the tour covers the history medieval caravanserai life. Guest will be explained about trading of Silk Road, caravan destinations, number of historical caravanserais in Baku and generally in Azerbaijan.

Guide will explain about the history of Maiden Tower and other protection and observation towers in Baku. Here admission fee is about 9 USD per person to enter the Maiden Tower. While visiting inside Museum, guests will see the historical materials found around the Tower in the lower floors and modern guns in the upper floors by stepping through the narrow turning steps. Also, guests will have the chance to see the whole Caspian See and buildings around Old City on the top of the Maiden Tower. General duration in front of the Tower is 10 minutes with explanation and photo shoots. If the guests enter inside the Museum, duration will take about 30 minutes.

St. Bartholomew Church was built in 1892 at the expense of donations from the local Christian population on the site where the Apostle Bartholomew was believed to have been killed. It was built on the foundations of the first and oldest church in Baku. The church continued to operate until 1936, then it was demolished as a part of the campaign against religion.

Also, you will be explained about the complex contains the main building of the palace, Divanhane, the burial-vaults, the shah's mosque with a minaret, Seyid Yahya Bakuvi's mausoleum (the so-called "mausoleum of the dervish"), south of the palace, a portal in the east, Murad's gate, a reservoir and the remnants of a bath house.
