- Meeting point (if you prefer): Teatro Massimo – main entrance. Easy landmark, central and well lit at night.
- Areas outside center (e.g., Mondello): available on request and may require extra time or a surcharge. We suggest starting in the center to maximize touring time.
- Airport pick-up: not included for the Night Tour. Available on request as a separate transfer.
- Vehicle & identification: White open-top CruiserCar cabriolet with our logo. Staff will also share a WhatsApp live location when en route.
- Accessibility: 1 step to board. Collapsible wheelchairs welcome.
- Before your tour: The day prior, we send a confirmation with the exact pickup time, driver contact, and any last details.
- What we need from you: Hotel name, pickup address, a mobile number with WhatsApp, and any mobility notes or language preference.
