- Participants must be between the ages of 8-60 yrs old.Participants must be able to reach up to the height of at least 120 cm.
- Participants must also not weigh over 120kg to join the activity
- It is NOT advisable that elder people above 60 year-old to participate.
- If you are pregnant or have back, neck, acrophobia, joint or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether or not to participate.
