09:00 AM | Pick up and Journey to Taman Usada Bali
After a delightful breakfast at resort, embark on a scenic drive in our EV car to Taman Usada Bali, where your adventure begins.
10:00 AM | Half Day Wellness & Culture by Taman Usada Bali
This immersive wellness and cultural Xperience invites you to explore the essence of Balinese living—through ancient rituals, herbal healing, traditional massage, and sacred offerings. Set in a serene, natural sanctuary, the program blends body therapy, spiritual cleansing, and cultural wisdom to rejuvenate your whole being. Lunch included in the program.
15:00 PM | Heading to Udara Bali
Transfer to Udara Bali, a seaside wellness retreat in Canggu.
16:00 PM | Aerial Yoga at Udara Bali
In Aerial Yoga the postures are practiced with the support of a hammock which allows you to experience a floating feeling of freedom and weightlessness. The weight of the body is either partially or fully supported by the fabric which takes pressure off the spine and joints. Aerial Yoga helps to increase your flexibility, develop strength and increase your breathing capacity.

Return to your hotel with a renewed sense of balance.
