1. Pick-Up in Placencia
We’ll meet you at your hotel or a designated spot in Placencia. Settle into our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle for a scenic 45-minute drive through the beautiful Belizean countryside.
2. Arrival at the River Park
Arrive at the tubing site surrounded by lush jungle. Our friendly guides will provide a safety briefing and help you get fitted with your gear (tube, life vest, and helmet if needed).
3. River Tubing Begins
Hop into your tube and let the gentle current carry you through winding jungle waterways. Float under a canopy of tropical trees while listening to the sounds of exotic birds and wildlife. The tubing journey lasts about 45mins to 1 hour, depending on the river flow.
4. Refreshments & Relaxation
After tubing, enjoy light refreshments (water and fruit snacks).
5. Return to Placencia
Hop back into our vehicle for a smooth return to Placencia, arriving with plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day — relaxed, refreshed, and full of memories!

What to Bring:
To ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable river tubing experience, we recommend bringing the following:
- Enclosed footwear (water shoes or secure sandals) – required for walking over rocks and uneven terrain
- Towel – to dry off after your tubing adventure
- Change of clothing – you’ll get wet, so bring dry clothes for the ride back
- Swimsuit or quick-dry clothing – wear something comfortable you don’t mind getting wet
- Sunscreen – reef-safe is preferred to protect the environment
- Insect repellent – especially useful in jungle areas
- Personal medication – including allergy meds, asthma inhalers, or any essential prescriptions
- Waterproof phone case (optional) – great for taking photos during the float
