Cairo Ultra Tour-Sakkara and Museum of Egyptian Civilization
Departure:
The journey begins with a late-night departure from your hotel in Marsa Alam around 22:00. The drive to Cairo takes approximately 12 hours.
Saqqara:
Start the day with a visit to Djoser’s Pyramid, Teti’s Pyramid, and Kadzemni’s Tomb. Explore the handmade carpet factory and school in Saqqara village, gaining insight into traditional craftsmanship.
Dahshur:
Continue south to explore Dahshur, home to the Red Pyramid, the Bent Pyramid, and other remarkable structures of King Sneferu’s royal necropolis.
Lunch: Enjoy a buffet-style lunch at a local restaurant.
Museum of Egyptian Civilization:
Visit this modern museum in Old Cairo, which officially opened in 2021 with the relocation of 22 royal mummies. Explore its impressive collection of 50,000 artifacts, showcasing Egypt’s history from ancient times to the present.
Perfume Factory:
