Itinerary

Stop 1

Our journey begins with a departure from Lima in a comfortable tourist transport heading north. After a trip along the central coast, we will make our arrival in Barranca, where we will have breakfast time to enjoy local flavors and prepare for the cultural day.

Immediately after, we will begin the guided tour of the Supe Valley, where you can observe the natural and agricultural environment that sustained the first civilization in the Americas. We will continue with the start of the tour to the main complex for the guided visit of the Sacred City of Caral. During this exhaustive visit, you will explore the imposing pyramids and circular plazas, walking the paths that narrate the Full Day content: The Beginnings, Zenith, and Decline of Caral. You will discover how this society emerged, its period of maximum splendor as an economic center, and its eventual decline due to climate changes. It is a unique opportunity to understand the engineering and spirituality of a culture contemporary to Egypt and Mesopotamia.

Once the archaeological exploration is finished, we will provide a transfer for lunchtime to the Barranca area. Here, you can delight in the renowned regional gastronomy, famous for its fish, seafood, and traditional dishes such as tacu-tacu. Finally, we will begin the return journey to the starting point in Lima, with an estimated arrival time of 9:00 PM, culminating an unforgettable journey through the roots of the Americas.
