Cruise Ship Guests: This tour is not suitable for cruise passengers due to tight scheduling. We cannot be held liable for missed departures.
Maya Bay: Swimming is prohibited inside the bay for reef protection. Note: The bay usually closes for recovery from August to September.
Wildlife: Monkey sightings are likely but not guaranteed. Interactions are kept at a safe distance from the boat for your safety.
Boat Capacity: Tours typically operate with approximately 42 passengers.
Remote Zones: Free pickup for Pa Klok and Mai Khao is only included in the 'Signature - Royal Phuket Marina' option. For other options, a private transfer fee applies.
Steep Locations: If your hotel is on a high-slope mountain, you must meet the driver at the main road for pickup.
Deadlines: Please provide your hotel name/address by 8:00 PM the night before. Check your email or WhatsApp for your confirmed pickup time.
Essentials: Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, beach towel, and a waterproof bag.
Attire: Wear your swimsuit under your clothes. The boat toilet is small and not ideal for changing.
Motion Sickness: Free seasick pills are available at the lounge. Please consult a doctor before use if you have health concerns.
Extras: Soft drinks and fruit are free, but beach chair rentals or alcohol at Khai Island are sold by local vendors and are not included.

TICKET & PICKUP INFORMATION
Your voucher provides direct entry; please show it on your mobile device at check-in.
PICKUP TIMING: Pickups occur 60-90 minutes before boat departure. Times are subject to traffic; please be ready in your lobby 5 minutes early.

MANDATORY FEES & RESTRICTIONS
NATIONAL PARK FEE: 400 THB (Adult) / 200 THB (Child 4-11). This is a mandatory government tax payable in cash at the Marina.
⚠️ SAFETY FIRST: For your protection, we cannot board pregnant travelers, guests with back/heart/lung issues, infants under 1, or seniors over 70. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund for these safety violations.
LUGGAGE: Strictly no luggage allowed on the boat or in the van.

WHAT TO BRING & DRESS CODE
DRESS: Wear beach attire and slippers. Avoid sports shoes as they will get wet.
ESSENTIALS: Sunscreen, hat, towel, sunglasses, and a waterproof bag.
SWIMWEAR: We recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes as boat changing space is limited.
PASSPORT: A photo of your passport on your phone is sufficient.
WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS
⚓ CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not cancel for rain. Tours only cancel if sea conditions are unsafe due to strong winds (above 20 knots). In this case, you receive a full refund or a free date change.
POLICY: Full refund available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
Please contact us no later than one day prior to your scheduled tour/activity to finalize your hotel pick-up time. We will additionally provide confirmation of your pick-up time via email or WhatsApp one day in advance.
