Itinerary

Day 1 ARRIVAL NAPLES

Upon your arrival in Naples reach the hotel on your own and check in (transfer available as an optional extra). In the evening, enjoy a small group tour of Naples. Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture and history of Naples, the heart of Southern Italy. Begin your journey along the picturesque seafront, where breathtaking views of the bay and the majestic silhouettes of Castel Nuovo (Maschio Angioino) and Castel dell’Ovo await you. Next, explore the grandeur of the city’s monumental district, home to iconic landmarks such as Piazza Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale, Teatro San Carlo, and the elegant Galleria Umberto I. Take some time to stroll through this area at your own pace, soaking in the lively atmosphere. The tour concludes in Naples' historic center, where you'll savor an authentic Neapolitan pizza dinner, complete with a refreshing drink. After this delightful experience, the driver will take you back to your hotel or pickup location.

Day 2 NAPLES

After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be picked up at the hotel for a tour reach of history. Your small group tour starts with a visit to the Pompeii excavations where you can stroll through the streets of the ancient Roman city with its millennia-old houses, amphitheaters, thermal baths and so on. Several buildings still retain part of their original decorations, such as those adorning the Villa of the Mysteries, the House of the Faun, the House of the Tragic Poet, and the Villa of Diomedes, among others. After lunch, discover another UNESCO archaeological site: Herculaneum so that you can check the main differences between these two sites. Both of them feature the excavated ruins of alleyways and homes where you are free to explore and yet continue to unearth the remains of a place locked in time today.

Day 3 NAPLES

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy your free time. In the afternoon you’ll be picked up for a must-have in Naples, the Pizza Lesson. With the help of a "pizzaiolo" you can make the pizza following all steps, from making the dough to baking in a wood oven. Once your masterpiece is complete, sit down to enjoy your creation alongside a refreshing drink and a delightful 3-course meal, including an appetizer, dessert, and, of course, your homemade pizza! After the lesson, cap off your day by soaking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples or capturing the perfect photo from one of Posillipo’s most stunning vantage points.

Day 4 DEPARTURE NAPLES

Enjoy your last breakfast in Naples and if time permits take the last walk to say “arrivederci” to the city or do some shopping. Don’t forget to taste also the last “sfogliatella”. Transfer to the airport or train station is available as an optional extra.
