For Arrival guests are met with a sign Bord at a designed waiting area before Immigration counter. Therefore, you'll be fast tracked through customs and Immigration and after collecting your luggage, you will then be escorted to the terminal parking area to meet your transfer driver for your onward journey to your hotel.
For Departure guests are met at the Terminal Car parking area by representative. You will be assisted with luggage, fast tracked through check-in and Immigration, and accompanied to the boarding gate to await your onward flight.
