Important Notes:
1.The tour guide will start contacting guests one by one after 21:00 on the evening before the tour. Please inform us in advance if you require contact earlier due to special circumstances. If you have not been contacted by a guide by 22:00, please promptly get in touch with our company's sales representative.
2.Guests aged 65 and above must be accompanied by individuals aged 18 to 60 for the tour. Otherwise, participation will not be permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
Pick-up Service Area:
- Limited to downtown Guilin, specifically:
East: as far as Sanlidian Roundabout
South: as far as Wayaokou
West: Pick-up is available along the driver's route (subject to convenience)
North: as far as Guilin North Railway Station (Hengda Plaza) - Areas outside the above zones are not served.
- If your location is far from the city center, or if the vehicle cannot access your hotel's street, or if there is no stopping allowed at your hotel entrance, you will need to proceed to a confirmed pick-up point after communicating with our staff.
- The final departure time and location are subject to the notification from the driver/guide.
Drop-off Service Area:
- Limited to downtown Guilin, specifically:
East: as far as Sanlidian Roundabout
South: as far as Wayaokou
North: as far as Guilin North Railway Station (Hengda Plaza)
Alternatively, a drop-off point along the return route to Guilin can be arranged. - Areas outside the above zones are not served. For destinations beyond these limits, the driver will drop guests off at the nearest appropriate location based on the actual situation.
- Please agree on your drop-off location in advance with the driver/guide.
