Your dedicated guide will contact you the evening before the tour to confirm your pickup location and the number of participants. (Please remember to include infants in the headcount, as overloading the vehicle will prevent the tour from proceeding.)
Pick-up and drop-off services are limited to the main urban area. Transfers outside this zone cannot be arranged.

Surcharge Notice

Any applicable surcharges for optional items must be paid before departure. For surcharges arising during the tour, please settle them with your driver/guide before the tour concludes.

How to Redeem

On the day of the tour, please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time with a valid photo ID (such as an ID card, Hong Kong/Macau pass, or passport) and wait for your driver.
