Many centuries ago, in the days of the ancient trading routes between Western and Eastern worlds, the KHON-JORN CLAN (Wanderer Clan) existed. They were an adventurous group made up of foragers, herders, performers, traders, and explorers who spent their time trading goods with other tribes they encountered on their journeys. Due to their nomadic ways they would prefer to construct semi-permanent homes so they could easily move on.
Inspired by the Wanderer Clan comes the 'Khon-Jorn Experience'. Keemala's gastronomy team believes in offering a 'Feast for the Senses' using sincere and wholesome cooking techniques, hence them creating this dinner full of vibrant eastern flavours that is available all day.
