Explore the Ha Giang Loop: Private 4-Day Adventure through Vietnam's Ethnic Wonders

At around 6.30 am, our private car and tour guide will pick up you at your hotel and then transfer you to Ha Giang City through the highway and turn onto the national way to Ha Giang. After a 5 to 6-hour drive, you will arrive in Ha Giang City for lunch at the local restaurant. After lunch, we'll start to ride up to the loop.Start our excursion drive up to the loop. The first ride uphill to Bac Sum Pass will have 20 steps of snake road. Go up to the top, and we'll see a panoramic view of the landscape and valley, where you can see the hidden, villages of ethnic minority people groups. Then, our tour rides up to the Heaven Gate in Tam Son, over 1200 m above sea level where you can see the most spectacular landscape with beautiful limestone mountains and a huge and deep valley.We continue riding to the viewpoint to see Twins Hill and visit a clay house village of Nam Dam 100% of the Dao ethnic minority live in this village, where you will learn about the local culture and the architecture of their house built of clay. We will spend around 2.5 hours in this village and you will walk around. We will have lunch at this village and get food cooked by a local family; you will get to enjoy some local food. After lunch will continue the ride up and down to see the amazing Valley and village where we see an overview of the spectacular mountain, river, and lake with amazing views. You will have a unique way to see it when you join our Ha Giang Loop Tours.We keep going down to the village and will take you to visit a family where they make the handicraft and weave the clothes. We continue driving our private car along the river up to Yen Minh where we are staying overnight. On the way to Yen Minh, we'll drive past many back roads as tourists will. We can see the most spectacular landscape and some secret villages. We will stop over at the loop top road where we see an overview of the valley, and then we arrive at Yen Minh Town and stay at a homestay (we will enjoy dinner at the homestay).Stay at homestay.

After breakfast starts, our excursion continues. Our team will take about an hour to drive to get to Tham Ma Road 9 Step Road, where we will stop for an amazing picture. After that, we continue to visit Pao house which is a hundred years old, where you will learn a lot of history and stories about the area. Now, we ride up to visit Lung Cu Flag Pole, one important place to visit, where you see the border area between Vietnam and China territory. The views are splendid and huge from the flag pole or observation point for looking out. Then, we have time will visit a village called Lo Lo Chai where a small group of ethnic minorities live in Vietnam. See their traditional house built of clay. We will have lunch at a local restaurant.We'll ride to Dong Van town and stop for a cup of coffee at the old quarter, where you learn some traditions and history of the town. We'll check into the accommodation before we continue to visit a secret ancient village called Thien Huong Village where you will learn about amazing traditional cultures and see the viewpoint of the village where you will see the Chinese border.Show locationOvernight in Dong Van Town.

After a delicious breakfast, we leave Dong Van Town. Our team will take you to see the most beautiful part of the whole journey, located on the Happiness Road, connecting the towns of Dong Van and Meo Vac, Ma Pi Leng Pass. The legendary pass is well known for its craggy cliffs and breathtaking views. It is the most ragged pass in the north, often referred to as the “king” of the passes in Vietnam! The whole road is winding through the cliffs and overcomes Ma Pi Leng pass at an altitude of 2,000 meters.To show you the full beauty of the pass, we will ride down the breathtaking Sky Path to admire the scenery of the whole valley and Nho Que River. From the amazing mountain viewpoint, you will be able to experience a 360°, then ride to see the panorama of Ma Pi Leng Pass and take unforgettable pictures. Standing on the peak of the pass, you will feel overwhelmed by the majestic space of mountains and rivers.We will continue our journey to more distant villages. From there, you will know how people live in remote parts of Vietnam. We will drive through the villages of Lung Ho, Mau Due, and Meo Vac, where we will have a stop for lunch and drink. From Meo Vac Town we will continue through the mountainous trail road area of Ha Giang province to Du Gia Village with an amazing landscape and famous village there are 7 ethnic minorities living in the same village, and you will see colorful villages and a lot of culture, where we will spend over at homestay with Tay Minority Family, and enjoy dinner and happy water with family.Overnight at homestay with Tay Minority Family.

On this day, you will take an easy ride downhill to come back to Ha Giang city. On the way the guide can arrange to take you to see a very famous and outstanding village fwhere you can see spectacular landscapa and see the jungle area and from far away can see a beautiful waterfall and we ride through past the valley has beautiful rice terraces paddies field it to be unique and special route on the way back to Ha Giang, on the way back to Ha Giang city we also stop to see many traditional villagesTransfer back to Hanoi.
