• Important Notice: Following a new directive issued by the Government of Malta, effective May 2025, to disembark ashore at the Blue Lagoon, one must obtain an access pass in advance. Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please ensure you acquire this pass in advance, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. For this trip, you are required to book the morning timeslot when applying for your pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
• Guests lodging within walking distance from Sliema Ferries (from where the boat departs) must always make their own way to the boat and should arrive at the departure point 20–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• If you have booked the option that includes pick-up and drop-off transfers, please note that the time shown on the website or on your ticket is the departure time of the cruise and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time.
• To confirm your pick-up location (meeting point) and your pick-up time, please send an e-mail to internal-tours@robertarrigo.com at least a few days before the date of your activity. Make sure to include your booking reference number in the e-mail.
• Transport is offered complimentary from the specified hotels or meeting points only. Guests lodging within walking distance from Sliema Ferries (from where the boat departs) must make their own way to the boat and should arrive at the departure point 20–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• If you are making your own way to the boat, the departure is from Sliema Ferries (66, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema, Malta). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a Turkish gulet (a traditional-design wooden sailing vessel); the name of the boat is 'The Fernandes'.
• The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible; however, the island of Comino is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The terrain on Comino Island is very uneven and rugged, which makes it very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or a stroller.
• You will not be disembarking in Gozo; one of the swim stops (weather permitting) is in the open waters near the island of Gozo.
• Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
• Snorkelling equipment is available for hire on the boat.
• The minimum age for drinking alcoholic beverages is 17 years old.
• Not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments.
• Not recommended for travellers who are prone to seasickness.
• The optional motorboat trip to Comino Caves and the Crystal Lagoon is not included; this can be booked on-site with the crew and paid for on location. The boat trip is optional and is always subject to weather conditions. The fee is around €15 per person (the fee can change without prior notice).
• The provider reserves the right to change the order of the visits or alter the itinerary subject to weather conditions or unforeseen operational constraints.
• If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance.

The moment we jumped off the boat into the crystal-clear water, we were captivated by the vibrant shades of blue surrounding us. While the lunch onboard was decent, we wished for a bit more variety, but soaking in the stunning lagoon made up for it completely.
