Day 1: Arrival Transfer – Hotel Check-in

After disembarking, head to the main exit and meet Your guide who will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name, as informed by you. Then, enjoy a private transfer from the airport to your accommodation. Our team will take you from door to door with complete security and professionalism, providing all relevant information about your stay. Day 2: Sal Island: Guided Island Tour With Lunch

After a delicious breakfast, be picked up from your accommodation and depart towards the natural bay of Madeira from where you will enjoy the beautiful views of Lion Mountain. Then, meet fishermen at the fishing village of Palmeira and have a chance to see all the activity of selling fresh fish. Your tour continues to Burracona natural pool where you will see the beautiful “Blue Eye”, one of the 7 wonders of the country. Continue towards Miragem and see the effects of water illusions in the desert. Your tour progresses to Pedra de Lume salt crater, an old salt farm located below sea level. Bring your book and enjoy reading while floating in the world’s second saltiest water (27 times saltier than the sea), an unforgettable experience. Next, explore Espargos, the economic center of the island. Learn the local history and mingle with locals, buy souvenirs and taste the local Morabeza. Take a break for a delicious lunch and finally, the tour concludes with drop-off at your accommodation. Overnight in Santa Maria.

Day 3: Sal Island: Shark Watching Experience

After breakfast, be picked up from your accommodation, have an informative transfer of approximately 25 minutes, and arrive in the eastern part of the island on the nursery of the lemon sharks. Once arrived in Pedra de Lume, learn and enrich your knowledge with information about the lemon Shark and head out for this incredible Shark watching experience. You have the right to choose whether stay on the beach and watch the sharks with the binoculars or go into the water and see them up close. Fear nothing; these sharks do not represent a threat to humans. In case you would like to go in the water, you will need proper shoes for walking on rocky surfaces. After seeing the sharks, as an extra, we will take you to the top of the volcano of Pedra de Lume to see the amazing panorama of the island. Overnight in Santa Maria.

Day 4: Sal Island: Half-day No Stress Lounge Catamaran Adventure

After a delicious breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up in front of the reception of your accommodation at the scheduled time, to take you to the main port of the island where our Catamaran it’s based. Then Come aboard a luxurious Lounge Catamaran and let us take you away for an unwinding half day out of your hotel. Enjoy a different view of the island’s rocky shores on a relaxing trip down the Western coast of Sal on a spacious boat. Relish on the sunlit deck in a comfortable lounge bed while moving along with the waves of the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy a refreshing cocktail, a nice glass of (sparkling) wine, or a cold beer. Halfway through the trip, you have the possibility to freshen up with a cool dive into the ocean to swim and snorkel, try some local fishing with the crew, or simply relax onboard while a delicious snack is being prepared by the crew. Day 7: Free Beach Day (Ponta Preta Beach)

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your accommodation and then be transferred to Ponta Preta. Located in the southwest area of Sal, this beach has soft sand and turquoise water complemented with beautiful dunes, making it a perfect place for those who want to escape the stress of everyday life. Pick up and drop off time to be scheduled locally. Overnight in Santa Maria.

Day 8: Goodbye Sal

Start your last day with a delicious breakfast at your accommodation and then enjoy your free time according to the flight schedules.
